How do companies post known product defects for customers to see ?

Ooooops! And of course, I read into this that which I wanted to read, i.e., that we were talking SOFTWARE defects.

Sheesh. It's PRODUCT!!

Hi KarenSB , I appreciate the response .

FYI.... I've been looking into the "known issues" topic more over the past week and I've noticed that almost all organizations post known issues on their web site . I believe there are issues we need to work out internally to determine what types of issues we post and who will have access .
