Service Quality Assessment for award program

Hi guys.
I am creating the Service Quality Assessment Methodology for a new Award Program, which will be run for every public business sector (banking, insurance etc.).
And now we are creating high-level methodology which includes the requirements for the imaginary Company with Ideal service.
I am collecting the best world practice from all over the world. This methodology will be shared when done.
In cause of this i would ask you - do you (your company) have the shared service quality requirements, standards and assessment methodologies. If you have ones, how we can be helpful for each other?

Any comments and suggestions are welcome.
