Live chat system with MSN, AIM, YIM, ICQ support

Hello everybody!

I'd like to ask the community if anybody would use a live chat system with all major instant messaging networks (MSN, AIM, YIM, ICQ) support?

The user will see your contact details in every network on your contacts page, choose the network he is familiar with and send you a message via his favourite IM client (e.g. GAIM or Trillian or WLM). All incoming and outgoing messages are tracked, you can see full history, assign different support engineers to different requests, see what this user has asked before, which issues have been resolved, create filtering and autoresponders, etc.

This will be a mixture of support over regular IM and using full scale live chat systems. It lets users use the instant messengers they like to get in touch with you. And at the same time you're able to handle all requests in a single robust, smart and easy to use system.

Would such a solution be interesting for you?

Yes. Would this also allow for those that do not have a major instant messaging network? Will it work like a typical chat application as well such as LiveHelp or LivePerson, etc?
