Generational Customer Service

I am looking for any insight regarding the mass Baby Boomer customer base being serviced by Gen Y. Our clients employees... Gen Y don't understand their customer base of Baby Boomers and the kind of service they want and expect. What types of specific training would be helpful and what resources are there for the purchasing power of Baby Boomers?
