I'm putting together a customer service organization at my company. I'm looking for ideas and suggestions on good training seminars to attend. I'd like to pick up ideas to train people with as I hire them. I'm also looking for input and ideas for structuring and organizing my customer service group as I put it in place

Building a new team! How exciting. I think the tone you set from the start will go a long way toward establishing employee morale and productivity. I have a firm belief that employees in general -- but especially customer service reps -- should have fun at work and should feel encouraged and supported. How you treat your employees is how they will treat your customers. Although I don't have any seminar recommendations, I can point you to our website which has several entertaining and very practical customer service training programs, as well as articles for managers and employees that can be reproduced and distributed.

Good luck.
