Customer Service Strategic Plan

Hello All,

I am currently studying Business Admin and one of my electives is Cusotmer Service. I have found this website and forum very helpful thanks.
But im looking for a customer Service strategic plan, i have researched so many websites and have had no luck, im hoping someone hear could help me.

Thank goodness. I would have fallen off my chair in a dead faint had you found one.

One word: PROPRIETARY.

Would Coca-Cola publish *any* strategic plan on the web so Pepsi could see it?

IMHO, any org that *would* publish a strategic plan for the world to see would not be in business very long. Or their plan would be for crap-ola.

My suggestion to you...physical leg work. Many organizations are known for the quality of their CS (Nordstrom's, Disney, Southwest Air). Go to them. Talk with them. Look for association meetings near you (ASTD as an example). They allow guests, and many will have a reduced price (or even free) for students. Talk with the members. People are willing to share experiences and learnings. Just don't expect a document.

Rightly said...... Service plans to be felt, we cannot have a doc for it
