Hi All

I'm based in London, United Kingdom, and I am interested in finding customer service videos, preferably in UK english accents (for use in the UK).

Does anybody know any companies out there that may be able to help in this regard?

Thanks in advance

Nick

Hi

Videoarts has a wide range of customer service videos. For a small charge (redeemable on purchase) you can preview their titles.

Fenman also provide some good customer service training videos.

Hope this helps.

There are literally dozens of videos available for customer service training. Most can be previewed online - for free - so you simply choose the title that best meets your needs. Please note most videos also include leader's materials - either in electronic or printed format - so be sure to at least get an outline of those materials too.

For British accents, the best source is www.videoarts.com

Otherwise, one of the newest general releases is from www.EngagingTraining.com

Finally, there are roughly a couple dozen distributors of training videos, who offer roughly the same product line, always at the same price. A couple recommended distributors are www.trainingabc.com, www.business-marketing.com, and www.atsmedia.com. Since the prices are the same, distributors are best chosen on the basis of product knowledge, service, and selection.

Kirklott is correct in that there are about a dozen or so available for customer service training. And don't let them make you pay for previews. Our person here has a site they go to and just click any subject they want to preview. A specific program for customer service is Give 'em the Pickle. You can preview free at:
http://carltonstraining.com/give-em-the-pickle
There is also a general customer service page and you can preview what you want at http://carltonstraining.com/customer-service

But here are other places to go to that I'm told are about as good.
The other thing is to ask if shipping is free or how much the tax is. Some will give the same price as others then ding the heck out of you on tax or shipping. Good luck!

It seems silly in this day and age to pay for previews. Got to TrainingABC.com. All of their customer service programs are free to preview and they have all the best ones. Excellent service too.
