I work for a Contact Center that has a peak of inbound calls (placing orders) during Nov-Dec. We are looking into the possibility of contracting agents to assist during this time to assist in answering inbound calls and placing orders. Has anyone used a company to help find good, reliable, trustworthy agents to this type of work? Does anyone have any information that would be helpful in starting this type of set up?
