I really like your post, Shankar. Can you share any details about the loyalty program (without presenting sensitive info)? If not, don't worry.

Hello Shivashankar,

It would be great if you could discuss how you manage customer loyalty in your company - especially at this time when the markets are going through so much of turmoil. I remember seeing articles in the news that a few hundred thousand workers might lose their jobs in the textile industry in India - in the Coimbatore / Tirupur region. Is that true? If not, can you provide a more realistic view of your industry. Now, just in case that there are indeed massive job losses in the industry that you work in - it just means that there are no fresh orders comming in. It would be a challenge for anybody to manage customer loyalty in such difficult circumstances. What are those challenges that you face or expect to face? More importantly what are the opportunities you see - in order for your company to be seen and valued as a reliable and customer-friendly company?

Hi Shankar,

As Johnny said it is quite challenging to hold the Customer Loyalty Program at this juncture. But if you have managed it is great. Would like you to share how you managed the same. By the way I have my own set of Customer Service Experience which i will be sharing.
