As with any new technological advancement there are some pros and cons to utilizing AI personas.  Since this isn’t a human being there is some clunkiness around the technology where it may give advice that maybe a human being shouldn’t get especially in the area of mental health wellness.

How well AI personas have been programmed to learn more about the human being using it and how much data they have consumed,  it is still a piece of technology that uses data and logical  thinking to provide a response to a human being.  As we know being a human being ourselves there are some nuances to human behavior and human decision-making skills that require a different level of emotional and logical combination thinking to develop an appropriate response or solution to scenarios.

This simple fact that AI programs are going to use their logical thinking skills is the biggest reason why we need to keep this dialogue open to know where AI personas are helping human beings and where they may be harming human beings.  At the end of the day utilizing these programs is a way to save money and improve the overall well-being of humans in our society.
