Verizon Open Customer Support Center

USA: Verizon will open a new customer support service center in Livingston, New Jersey this year as part of its consolidation plan in the area.

The support center will be located at Eisenhower Corporate Campus, Livingston and will employ more than 950 staff. The first of these employees will star work at the facility towards the end of this year. Positions will include customer sales and support, engineering, network technicians and operational teams.

Dennis Bone, president at Verizon New Jersey, said:
