Universal Orlando To Close Down Call Center

Orlando, USA -- There will be least 50 job losses following the closure of the Universal call center.

The call center currently handles bookings for vacations in-house but will in future outsource the work to Virtual Agent Services of Shaumburg, Illinois.

Universal said it will help the call call center workers find new employment.
