UK Companies Need to Invest in Customer Service

United Kingdom: According to a survey of UK small business owners,
only one third use a CRM system and one in twenty use no technology at all.
The survey, conducted by Cisco Systems also revealed more than
40 per cent of SME's failed to invest in customer service
improvement systems in the past year.
Cisco questioned 1,000 senior decision makers in UK businesses
with between five and one hundred employees.
