Republic give a cross-channel customer experience using Torex Retail-J technology.Having previously implemented Torex Retail-J across 115 stores nationwide, Republic wanted to build on the success achieved by providing 'click and collect' through the system.

The Torex Channel Hub will allow Republic to coordinate activity across all of its sales channels, and in partnership with the web platform, provide a unified customer order, fulfilment and delivery service.
