Top of the Shops Awards for Best Service

United Kingdom - Customers vote on who gives best customer service

More than 5,000 Leeds shoppers have voted for their favourite stores in the annual Top of the Shops awards.

Harvey Nichols took the top place for best customer service and SpaceNK was named the store of the year.

Other shops recognized in the Victoria Quarter were: Paul Smith, Reiss, Moda in Pelle, Links of London, The White Company, North Face and Harvey Nichols.

The VQ Centre said the awards are great for getting customer feedback and providing a focus on good customer service practice.
