Texas Roadhouse Ranked Highest in Customer Service

USA -- The Texas Roadhouse restaurant chain has been
ranked highly in a new customer service survey.
The study, conducted by PeopleMetrics considered 100 companies in the hotel,
banking, retail, dining markets across the USA. It rated "customer
engagement" based on feedback from more than 10,000 customers.
The Four Seasons hotel chain rated first in all categories. Other top
companies were Ritz-Carlton, J. Crew, Merrill Lynch, Costco and
Williams-Sonoma.
