Customer support software provider ranked highly by Info-Tech Research Group

For the second consecutive year, Info-Tech Research Group has ranked TeamSupport's customer support software suite among the top 10 most recommended CSM providers

TeamSupport, the award-winning provider of cloud-based collaborative help desk support software, has been named a “Trend Setter” in the Customer Service Management (CSM) market.

It joins, Zen Desk and Parature in being ranked among the 10 most recommended CSM providers of the year, according to rankings just released by Info-Tech Research Group, the global provider of IT research and rankings for technology professionals.

Each year Info-Tech Research Group’s Vendor Landscape reports help enterprise IT decision-makers identify a short list of vendors for their IT programs depending on their needs. TeamSupport was one of only 10 vendors to be named to the organization’s 2013 list of recommended CSM providers.

TeamSupport was recognized in the Trend Setter category, which recognizes solutions that are deemed to include the most original or inventive product/service, or the most original or inventive feature of a product or service. In particular, it was recognized for its enhanced collaboration features, including its newly revamped Water Cooler tools that enable collaboration among service professionals and is based on activity streams and live chat—literally putting the

It also scored highly in the areas of affordability and strategy.
