Survey Reveals How to Motivate Customer Service Staff
USA - Celebrations and cards are popular ways to inspire employees
Once again, Customer Service Week topped the list of tools
used to recognize, reward and motivate frontline service staff.
Industry publication, "Customer Service Newsletter," reports
that 63 percent of the companies participating in its 2010
Compensation and Incentive Survey celebrated Customer Service
Week.
This year, Gift Cards moved up to share the top spot with
Customer Service Week.
