Star Employee Wins Customer Service Award

Ireland - O2 employee Eoin O'Sullivan has been awarded the prestigious Contact Centre Manager of the Year Award.

Eoin, who works at O2's Customer Care Centre at Plassey Technology Park, Limerick, Ireland, was given his award by Fergus Kelly, Managing Director of Capstone, sponsor of the award.

The Contact Centre Manager of the Year award was one of the highlights of the Irish Contact Centre and Shared Services Centre Awards 2008.


Telecom company O2's Limerick base was also announced winner of The Contact Centre of the Year as well as the Best Technical Support Centre and Helpdesk.
