Sprint Nextel Names New Senior Customer Care Executive

USA -- Sprint Nextel has appointed Bryan DiGiorgio as senior vice president for Customer Care.

DiGiorgio will manage all of Sprint Nextel’s business and consumer customer service activities as well as the general management of the overall customer care operations.

DiGiorgio honed his customer service leadership skills at OnStar, Inc. In the mid-1990s, he was director-Global Operations for Sprint TeleCenters and later served as vice president-Service Center Operations, for H&R Block. Most recently DiGiorgio held a senior operations position at Vonage, Inc. leading service, installation, retention, and direct sales operations.

Sprint say the appointment is another step in its commitment to enhancing its customers’ experience.
