USA - Survey reveals users rate Facebook lower than IRS e-filers

According to research results from the 2010 American Customer Satisfaction Index E-Business Report, Facebook scored just 64 points out of a possible 100.

Facebook, the popular social network website with 500 million users, failed to impress with a customer satisfaction rating lower than IRS e-filers.

ForeSee Results, ASCI's partner on the survey believe the poor results could be related to privacy concerns, changes in the user interface and advertising.

Other results from the ASCI e-business survey were as follows:

Ratings / 100

google 80
Bing 77
wikipedia 77
yahoo 76
AOL 74
Ask 73
YouTube 73
Facebook 64
MySpace 63
