UK - The Carphone Warehouse, Europe's leading independent mobile phone retailer has received The KANA Summit Award for Peak Achievement in Customer Service with a first-call fix rate of 89%.

The KANA Summit Award recognizes companies that demonstrate exceptional commitment to customers service. It focuses on people, processes, and technology that enhance the service experience.

The Carphone Warehouse utilizes KANA’s solutions in some of its UK call centres and in more than 800 stores as well as customer service operations in India and South Africa.
