Siptel Short-listed in Customer Experience Awards
United Kingdom - Nomination for Customer Experience of the Year
Having just been short-listed for the finals of the British
Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards; siptel is now a
finalist in the Customer Experience Awards.
siptel was nominated in the category Customer Experience of the
Year for IT & Telecommunications.
The award criteria meant that siptel had to complete a rigorous
analysis of their customer service, detailing areas such as
whether they incorporate the customer experience into their
business strategy, how well the planning process is implemented,
as well as internal stakeholder engagement, the impact on
external stakeholders and business results.
The UK Customer Experience Awards are the first of their kind in
the UK. Delivering great customer service is an important aspect
of being successful in business, but thinking about the overall
customer's experience can have a more far-reaching impact on
business performance; it' s about how the customer feels, and
how the accumulative effect of all their contact with the
organisation impacts customer satisfaction, loyalty and repeat
business.
All of these aspects of customer service are very important to
siptel and this has hopefully been reflected in our finalist
status.
