USA - Care Center recognized for outstanding customer service
Settler's Ridge Care Center has been honored with the
InnerView's Excellence in Action award, given in recognition of
superior customer service commitment and workforce satisfaction.
My InnerView's survey asked residents and employees of 5,000
nursing homes two main questions, “What is your recommendation
of this facility to others?” and “What is your recommendation of
this facility as a place to work?
Settler's Ridge performed in the top 10 percent of nursing homes
for the second year running.
