Service Improving According to Airline Quality Rating (AQR)
USA - AirTran take top spot, Hawaiian and JetBlue follow
According to the 21st annual national Airline
Quality Rating (AQR) customers are experiencing better service
performance when they fly.
The latest report reflects how arilne companies rank for
performance in 2009 and 2010 and was presented at the National
Press Club news conference.
Industry improvements were seen in on-time performance, baggage
handling and involuntary denied boardings. Management of
customer complaints saw a decline in performance.
AirTran took the coverted No. 1 spot with Hawaiian and JetBlue
ranking second and third.
