Ryanair Rated Top for Customer Service

Top for Customer SatisfactionUK -- Budget airline tops new airline report.

Ryanair has claimed higher levels of customer service and punctuality than other European airlines.

The budget airline referred to the Association of European Airlines' recent report, which measured leading European airlines such as British Airways, easyJet and Lufthansa for customer service satisfaction, punctuality and baggage handling.

According to Ryanair, it offers a better level of punctuality than six of Europe's leading airlines, fewer occurrences of missing luggage and less cancelled flights.

Peter Sherrard, Ryanair's Head of Communications, said: "The high fare airlines can't match Ryanair's guaranteed low fares and as these statistics prove, they can't compete with our customer service either."

"Ryanair is Europe's undisputed champion for customer service, delivering our passengers to their destination on-time and for the lowest fares guaranteed." He added.
