Regions Financial Corp Rated Top for Customer Satisfaction

USA - Mortgage company ranks high in customer care
despite gloomy economic times
According to the latest survey from J.D. Power Associates the
mortgage division of Regions Financial Corp has been ranked
higest for customer satisfaction.
The US mortgage company was rated 780 out of a possible 1000 in this year's study.
Regions Financial Corp's high performance rating comes at a
time when more customers are falling behind in repayments, a
time when customer satisfaction usually falls.
In second place came BB&T Corp, the North Carolina bank with a
score of 777.
