USA - CDC Software says Pivotal 6.0 CRM is a must have

It is the 15th consecutive year that ISM Inc., the customer relationship management (CRM) and customer centric business strategic advisors, has included CDC Software's Pivotal CRM in its "Top 15" CRM software packages for the enterprise category.

 

Pivotal CRM was chosen after intensive testing at the ISM Software Lab in the US. Each package is rated according to 209 selection criteria, including 98 business functions, 48 technical features, 36 implementation capabilities, 10 real time criteria and 17 user-support features.
