Phone Customers Not Satisfied With Service

United Kingdom -- Customer satisfaction with telephone
companies is at an all time low in the United Kingdom, according to a report
by uswitch.com the price comparison website.
The study, which questioned 12,000 people revealed that BT is the UK's least
popular domestic phone service provider, with 30% of it's customers
expressing dissatisfaction.
BT scored badly for high charges and poor complaint handling.
The best phone provider for customer satisfaction in the UK was named as
Sky, with 80% of it's customers saying they were happy with service they
received.
Runners up in the best service stakes were TalkTalk and Tiscali.
