Oracle Increases Functionality of CRM On Demand Software
USA: Oracle has strengthened its suite of software-as-a-service customer relationship management (CRM) tools by adding
five new applications designed to improve customer satisfaction and lower costs.
New applications included in Oracle CRM On Demand Release 16
are:
- Oracle Self-Service E-Billing On Demand
- Oracle Sales Library
- Oracle CRM On Demand Deal Management
- Oracle CRM On Demand Enterprise Disaster Recovery
- Oracle AIA integration (Oracle CRM On Demand JD Edwards
EnterpriseOne)
