    The company intends to lead the way in the market with its service offering and is challenging its customers to put the service to the test.

    The customer service guarantee consists of six promises when buying, claiming, editing or renewing ­ for both intermediaries and customers - and is outlining specific times for responses.

    Fast underwriting decisions - a guarantee to respond to underwriting referred business within two working days

    Plan documents dispatched within five working days

    If customers decide to go paper-free, membership cards will be dispatched within two working days

    A guarantee of payment for medical providers within two working days

    A promise to respond to all enquiries within one working day
