New Zealand Banks Top for Service

New Zealand: While the world of banking may appear to be in meltdown, the banking industry of
New Zealand can be proud of it's customer service according to new research by survey company, JRA.
ASB Bank came top of 400 companies rated, followed by Westpac,
National Bank, ANZ and Harvey Norman.
The telecommunications industry rated worst for customer service
in the KiwiHost/JRA Customer Service Pulse.
