New Contact Center Job Vacancies

Following the success of a major growth drive back in October 2010 which resulted in 100 new people joining the team, Coventry employer Fusion is recruiting once again. Due to the ongoing development of the company, a further 100 new jobs have opened up at the Mile Lane site.

The busy contact centre operation, part of the BGL insurance group, already deals with over 5,000 customer enquiries every day and this latest recruitment drive will help handle a projected growth of 35 per cent over the next 12 months.

The site already has over 270 employees and the new roles will be predominantly full time Universal Advisor Roles (Sales, Service and Retentions) and Team Leaders.

Andy Talbot, Site Manager of Fusion Coventry, commented:

"We have had the office space to grow our Fusion Coventry operation since we moved to the site in 2007. Now, following ongoing business growth and operational changes we are able to staff our contact centre to its full capacity - which is not only great news for Fusion but also for Coventry.

"Our first round of recruitment last October was extremely successful. We hired 100 new people and of these some are already developing their careers with Fusion by signing up to NVQ qualifications with the company. We are highly committed to excellent training and development, so that we can continue to offer the great levels of service that our customers have come to expect from Fusion Coventry."

Coventry is an important location for the BGL Group, with its motorbike insurance arm, Bennetts, originally being founded in the city 80 years ago.
