New Call Center Opened at Melbourne Airport

Australia -- Ricoh USA, maker of copiers, fax machines and office equipment, have opened a new call center at Melbourne International Airport.

In addition to the 150 people who already work there, the company plans to hire an additional 50 to 70 people over the next five years.


The center - called the Ricoh Customer Vision Center - handles customer service calls from customers around the United States and Puerto Rico.
