Network Solutions Customer Service Recognized

USA -- J.D. Power and Associates’ Certified Call Center Program has named Network Solutions ‘An Outstanding Customer Service Experience’ for the second year running.

Based on J.D. Power and Associates’ cross-industry customer satisfaction research, Network Solutions’ call center operations ranked in the top 20 percent of customer service providers.

The Network Solutions call center has nearly 300 customer service consultants and is recruiting more skilled employees.

The Call Center Certification Program was launched by J.D. Power in 2004 to evaluate customer satisfaction and help call centers in various industries.
