Amanda Jordan, Moving Consultant at the Pinellas County TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise was recognized for providing exceptional customer service from the company’s international headquarters.

Jordan, of Tampa, has worked for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for 1 year. She won top honors after being “mystery shopped.” Each quarter, customer service representatives from all locations nationwide compete for top honors. Only seven individuals are recognized.

A market research company randomly “shops” all 185 franchises throughout the year and rates the results. Seven customer service representatives of the “mystery shop” are recognized quarterly for providing excellent customer service, representing themselves and the company in a professional manner, and demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of all company services.

Mary Ellen Sheets, founder of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, says the quality control program highlights the “best of the best” in customer service.
