Morgan Sindall Receives Putting the Customer First Award

Morgan Sindall is celebrating after becoming the first
national construction company in the UK to receive an award
which recognises exceptional customer service.
The company has scooped the Putting the Customer First accolade
– the National Standard for Customer Service.
The award, presented to Danny Murray, Morgan Sindall managing
director of Construction North, demonstrates Morgan Sindall’s
proven ability to achieve and maintain an outstanding level of
customer service.
Mr. Murray said:

First organisation as we are committed to putting our customers
first on all of our projects and we are thrilled that this
essence of our business has been highlighted.

Morgan Sindall was assessed independently by Quantum Assessment
Services on three key areas of focus – Building Customer
Relationships, Maximising Market Awareness and Developing Your
People.
