USA - Next generation of ActiveCare for mobile service providers launched

InnoPath Software, a leader in Over-The-Air (OTA) customer care for mobile devices has announced their next-gen Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform.

It is essentially Tech Support 2.0 for every smartphone on the market, including Android, iPhone, Blackberry, etc.

The technology is already being deployed in Tier-1 networks in North America, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Tata.

InnoPath say this will completely transform the current customer care experience and will be responsible for customer support calls lasting 5 minutes vs. 30 minutes, saving operators millions of dollars annually.
