Microsoft launches BizTalk Server 2006
London, United Kingdom -- Microsoft has officially
launched BizTalk Server 2006 and announced that there will be tighter
integration with it’s CRM 3.0 software. The launch took place at the London
Stock Exchange, London, England.
BizTalk is a business process management (BPM) server that enables companies
to automate and optimize business processes. It includes tools to design,
develop, deploy, and manage those processes.
The BizTalk networking tool sells for $29,999 for an enterprise licence,
$8,499 for a standard licence and $499 for a developer's licence.
Software plug-ins are also to be extended, including support for Oracle's
CRM applications; JD Edwards, PeopleSoft and Siebel.
