Microsoft CRM Updates at Convergence

USA: Microsoft, leader in software-as-a-service customer relationship management has announced updates to Dynamics CRM Online at its Convergence 2009 event in New Orleans.

New features include usability enhancements in the area of sales and the roll out of new technology such as cloud computing integration.

CRM Online is based on the same software as Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, which is sold on a client hosted basis.
