MDSL Rated Top in Customer Satisfaction Survey
USA - TEM provider out-performs certified competitors

been rated the top international TEM provider for customer
satisfaction, in a recent survey by independent information
services provider AOTMP.
The survey, the first of its kind, asked enterprise customers to
rate their satisfaction level with their current TEM or Wireless
Mobility Management (WMM) provider against a range of core fixed
line and wireless criteria.
Coming in the Top-3 overall, MDSL consistently out-performed
industry standards across all six of the most common fixed TEM
and WMM activities.
Further, when compared to companies of equivalent size carrying
Safe Harbor certification, MDSL was ranked the top international
TEM provider.
The US Government’s Safe Harbor certification is a
pre-requisite for providers looking to comply with European
Union regulations in order to offer a true multi-national
solution across all global regions.
