Maintenance Mechanic Receives Customer Service Award

6th February 2009

USA: Eric Voidesch, a maintenance mechanic at Life Care Center of Leominster, Massachusetts (MA) has been awarded Life Care Centers of America's Northeast Division "Whatever It Takes And Then Some" Award.

TEric, who was honored for his dedication to customer service, received a $1,000 cash prize and had a party held in his honor.

Praised for his "Whatever It Takes" attitude, the Massachusetts maintenance mechanic was recognized for transporting a resident's personal recliner for his comfort; spending time with the residents, making sure residents were safe and them with fresh coffee and keeping the facility's laundry going during a power outage.

"I'm just doing my job, and I keep safety as my number one priority," said Eric. "I enjoy my job and working with people from the community I have known over the years."

A great example of one the many customer service professionals who go beyond the call of duty - each and everyday in the US and around the world.
