United Kingdom - The Listening Company's LivePerson Team Win Three Awards

The Listening Company's LivePerson team scooped three gongs at the Application Service Provider's recent annual EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) Customer Awards ceremony.

Scott Richardson, BT LivePerson, saw off stiff competition from several candidates on respected chat programs in EMEA to win Best Sales Advisor, whilst the BT LivePerson Team won Best Pay for Performance Programme for combined BT Consumer and BT Business Campaigns. Sky Live Person won the Business Deployment of the Year category.

There was also good news for BT LivePerson's Eddie Selmi who was voted runner up for Best Chat Team Manager.

There were seven awards on offer in total and performances were judged across approximately 100 large-scale Enterprise and 1000 SME organisations for Live Person across EMEA.

The LivePerson EMEA Customer Awards were initiated in 2007 and acknowledge excellence across LivePerson's European customer base. This year's ceremony, which was held at the London Stock Exchange, was attended by over 90 delegates representing clients form the UK, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.

Advisors were judged on personality, dedication, leadership skills and customer satisfaction scores while candidates submitting entries for the deployment category were required to show proof of integration with other applications and technologies.

Jason Estella, Client Delivery Manager for BT LivePerson, said: "This is a fantastic achievement across the board and really highlights what a great job all personnel involved have done over the course of the year."
