Kia Customer Care Fails to Impress UK Owners
The results of a poll carried out by Carlson
Marketing for a customer relationship survey put car manufacturer Kia at the
bottom.
The survey questioned 6000 UK car owners about their experiences and
although Kia owners were most dissatisfied with service, in striking
contrast they were voted best for special offers.
BMW received the highest raking for customer service, followed by Volvo and
Mercedes.
Kia says it is surprised by the results of the survey. A spokesman said:
'these results just don't tally with our own research – we take customer
care very seriously.”
Kia Motors UK is part of the Kia Motors Corporation, based in Seoul, South
Korea. Kia have over 150 dealerships in the UK.
