Jaguar and Buick Lead Customer Service Index
USA -- The results of the J.D. Power and Associates 2007
Customer Service Index (CSI) StudySM have been released.
The survey rates the experiences of car owners who visit a motor car dealership
service department in the first 3 years of owning a car. Jaguar, Buick,
Cadillac and Lexus topped the charts and Isuzu, Suzuki, VW, Land Rover, Jeep
came bottom.
The study, now in its 27th year, is based on six measures: service
initiation, service advisor, in-dealership experience, service delivery,
service quality and user-friendly service.
Jaguar ranked highest with an overall CSI score of 925 out of a possible
1,000 points. Next came Buick with 918 points followed by Cadillac and Lexus
both with 913 points.
The 2007 CSI Study is based on responses from 84,495 owners and lessees of
2004 -2006 model-year vehicles, surveyed between January and April 2007.
