Insurance Customers Happy With Service
Australia - Survey reveals Australian customers rate Insurers Highly
According to a survey of Australian consumers, general insurers
have been ranked number one for customer service, value, fees
and features.
The survey was commissioned by Australian Financial Review's
Smart Investor magazine and measured customers' satisfaction
levels in the financial services industry.
Insurers were rated top, with a 73 percent approval rating and
banks and home loan providers came second with 72 percent.
Customer grievances included difficulties in getting in touch
with providers and hard to use voice recognition software.
