Mafraq Hospital has launched a customer care initiative called ‘Mafraq Ambassadors - We Care’.

The Abu Dhabi based hospital aims to train 1,000 of its employees over a ten day period.

The programme has the hospital's four key disciplines fundamental to customer service excellence; Courtesy, Attention, Respect and Enthusiasm.

“The Mafraq Ambassadors - We Care initiative marks yet another milestone in Mafraq Hospital’s quest to provide the community with a world-class healthcare facility."

"An empowered and enthusiastic team is the key to creating a positive work environment. By building a workforce that strives to keep people informed, assured and well cared for, we can continue to fulfill our commitment to our patients and visitors, and let them know them that We Care,” He added.

Training sessions will be conducted up until Thursday 15 July 2010 and are mandatory for employees.

The hospital is managed by Bumrungrad International and is recognised internationally for its patient care and customer service levels.
