Gonzalez and Goetz Honored for Best Customer Service

It’s not often that law firms generate positive feedback, but Gonzalez and Goetz has gone out of its way to provide the best in customer service.

Not only has the firm been able to grow its income, but it was also honored at the 2011 Business Excellence Awards for Best Customer Service Results at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami.

The 2011 Business Excellence Awards are exclusively tailored for small and medium sized businesses and were given in 16 categories.

Categories ranged from Best Startup to Best Overall Company. Winners were announced on the last evening of the Business Excellence Forum, Saturday, August 20.

Gonzalez and Goetz has over 80% of its clients referred to them by other professionals within its community as well as past clients. The firm has increased their revenue by 367% and profits by 417% from the second quarter of 2010 through the second quarter of 2011.
