Gem of a Call Centre Creates New Jobs

Northern Ireland: Call centre company Gem has announced plans to expand its operation and create 900 new jobs.

Gem, currently based in Belfast and Londonderry, will invest £20m its expansion plans and double its workforce in Northern Ireland.

Positions to be filled include: Customer service agents, technical support, sales assistants and management.

The new roles will be located in call centres across the region.
