Ford Focus on Better Customer Service

United Kingdom - Poor sales performance prompts drive to improve service
Ford dealers have been ordered to put the focus back on customer
service.
The initative is reportedly linked to many car dealers reporting
a loss this year.
A Ford spokesperson said it would also be changing the way it
measures customer satisfaction with the help of a new tool to be
unveiled late next year.
Existing customer satisfaction measurement was put on hold while
the new tool was being developed. This has been seen as a
mistake and surveys will be now be reinstated until the new
system is rolled out.
